| POWER AIR-SPRAYERS |
| WITH TWO-DOUBLE COUNTER-ROTATING DUAL VENTILATORS |
 |
This is to present the New Power Sprayers developed by TIFONE and recently exhibited at the International EIMA FAIR of November 2006 in Bologna, Italy.
As known world wide, TIFONE is developing and producing Advanced Air Sprayers since 1955. This is 51 years in a row already.
TIFONE Air Sprayers are working in more than 95 countries, around the world.
The TIFONE Air Sprayers developed till today, are oriented to Vineyards and Fruit trees plantations, as apples, pears, peaches, etc., with row spacing up to 6-7 meters (18-23 inch) and 8 meters tall (28 feet).
In addition, TIFONE is also producing, since decades, large sprayers, 3000 and 4000 litres tank (790 and 1050 US
Gals) for spraying Poplar trees plantations and others of similar size, up to 30 meters tall. |

STORM - VECTOR CR 2-BLOWER |
|
 |
Two-Counter-Rotating Double Ventilators
“Radial flow Blowers”- BIG TREES |
 |
Characterized by 2 Dual Radial Flow Blowers
each composed by: |
| • |
A Fruit spray head, covering the lower and mid section of the tree, plus |
|
| • |
A Cannon spray head, covering the higher ant top section of the tree. |
|
| • |
The result of the “Counter-Rotating” condition is that the air flow and spray emission and distribution are 100% symmetrical, i.e. the same on the left and right side. |
|
| • |
The result of the “Two Ventilators” condition is that the power is doubled. |
|
| • |
So, the New Counter-Rotating Double Ventilators “Radial flow Blowers” Sprayers are able to grant a through spray of big trees like Pecan, Citrus, Almond, Mango, Tall ancient Olive trees, etc. in a symmetrical way and with maximum “spray coverage” |

Two-Counter-Rotating Double Ventilator
“Radial Flow Blowers”- ROW CROPS |
 |
Characterized by 2 Dual Radial Flow Blowers
each one composed by: |
| • |
A Fan spray head, covering the near sector of row crop, plus |
|
| • |
A Cannon spray head, covering the row crop till 15–22-30 m (50-70–90 feet) per side, according to tractor power. |
|
| • |
The result of “Counter-Rotating” condition is that the air flow, spray emission and distribution are symmetrical, i.e. the same on the left and right side. |
|
| • |
The result of the “Two Double Ventilators” is that the power is doubled. |
|
| • |
The New Counter-Rotating Double Ventilators “Axial Flow Blowers” Sprayers are able to grant a symmetrical good spray, with maximum “spray coverage”. |

VECTOR CR 32”+32” |
|
 |
Two-Counter-Rotating Double Ventilators “Axial flow Fans”- BIG TREES. |
 |
Characterized by 2 Axial Flow Fans in a row, each composed by a 32” Tifone Turbofan with complete 240° air flow outlet.
Each Turbofan is flowing both sides. And spraying both side, if useful.

INEDIT ADVANTAGES: |
| 1 |
With the nozzle manifolds on both sides of each Turbofan you will switch to Dilute or to Concentrated, instantly, |
|
| 2 |
And you can double the spray density on specific trees or sector of trees, |
|
| 3 |
With the “Two-Counter- Rotating Fans”, air flow, spray emission and distribution are “symmetrical”, i.e. the same on the left and right side. |
|
| 4 |
With the “Two-Turbofans” the spray flow and spray power are doubled. |
|
| 5 |
With the New Two-Counter-Rotating “Axial Flow Fans” Sprayer you will spray “through” big trees, with large row spacing, in a symmetrical way and with a maximum of “inside spray coverage”. |
|
| 6 |
The New Two-Counter-Rotating “Axial Flow Fans” Sprayer
Is successfully spraying also in windy conditions. |

TORRE 32”x32” Turbo-Twin HYDRO |
|
 |
| Spray Tower with 2 Vertically over-posed Axial Fans. |
 |
Characterized by 2 Axial Flow Fans placed vertically, each composed by a 32” Tifone Turbofan with complete 240° air discharge outlet.
Each Turbofan is spraying both sides.
 |
| 1 |
No cardan-shaft between the tractor and the machine, |
|
| 2 |
Therefore free turning in the field in any terrain condition, with no limitations and |
|
| 3 |
No risks of traditional damages to the cardan-shaft or to the pressure pump. |
|
| 4 |
No cardan shaft between pump and Turbofans. |
|
| 5 |
No gearbox to the Turbofans. |
|
| 6 |
No driving belts from one Turbofan and the other. |
|
| 7 |
Independent hydrostatic driving of each Turbofan. |
|
| 8 |
Each Turbofan is disconnectable separately so, |
|
| 9 |
The spray Tower can be activated to spray 3 ways:
- Lower Turbofan only. To spray smaller trees.
- Both Turbofans together. To spray regular and taller trees.
- Top Turbofan only. To spray dwarf flat trees and the top of smaller trees. |
