Electrostatic Charge E±S4: better spray, great chemical savings and Environment care.


The problem of the best efficacy of the Pest Control Spray, of the environment spray mist drift and of the spray mist dripping to ground is representing a theme of growing importance, together with the maximum reduction of the chemical dose sprayed out.
With the aim of optimising the Pest Control Spray, TIFONE have developed an innovative system of Electrostatic Charge E±S4. The TIFONE Electrostatic Charge E±S4 is transmitting an intense electrostatic positive (+) charge to the mist droplets emitted by the Spray Cannon of the Citizen and CITY-460-Plus ecology. The electro positive (+) charged mist droplets will be attracted by any part connected to the negative ground (-) as trees, hedges or any vegetable growings, buildings etc. The Electrostatic Charge E±S4 assisted Spray is resulting more complete, specially in the parts not directly exposed to the cannon jet.
In addition, the Electrostatic Charge E±S4 will reduce the spray mist drift and the to ground dripping. To get the maximum results of the system Low Volume Spray is advisable, which will drastically reduce the volume of required spray mist with savings of chemicals up to 50% and more, compared to a normal spraying. Saving is the direct effect of drastic reduction of excessive spray, of the reduced air drift and of the reduced to ground dripping. The TIFONE Electrostatic Charge E±S4 is featuring the special multifunction cannon nosepiece (Tifone Pat.Pend.2002).
The TIFONE Electrostatic Charge E±S4 is available for all TIFONE Citizen and CITY-460-Plus ecology units.
TVcamera+Monitor system.


The Municipal spraying by cannon is requiring its continuous precise pointing adjust. The function requires the direct watching of the cannon itself.
In order to cut the costs of the second specific operator to the cannon, TIFONE are introducing a TVcamera+Monitor system.
The TVcamera is continuously catching the area under control and spray of the cannon, under a very wide angle and with a big width and depth of field and showing it continuously on the high definition 5” LCD Monitor.

The Micro dosing Pump


When the type of spray intervention can be against different parasites with the use of specific chemicals, or when the amount of spray mixture to be used cannot be determinate in advance, the Micro dosing Pump System represents the ideal solution.
Micro dosing Pump allows the distribution of chemicals by direct injection of the micro-dose in the spray nozzles line and not previously dissolved in the main spray tank. The Chemical selection is done by simply opening the related valve.
The spray tank is filled with just clear water, without addition of any chemical (exception made of specific case where a base chemical is used and a specific (compatible) chemical is injected by the Microdosing Pump, as said). The machine is equipped with the Microdosing Pump with 3 specific Small tanks, one for each specific chemical. to be injected. After activated the Microdosing Pump and open of the valve of the required chemical the injection will take place in the selected percentage. The output is adjusted by the specific knob through the specific output sheet. The Microdosing Pump allows so the widest free operation, without any worry about spray mixture rest ad the end of the day or of the work, ready to continue the job the day after.
CITY-460-Plus ECOLOGY TIFONE
The CITIZEN-CITY is a quite innovative Spray Equipment for general purpose Pest Control.
Quite compact in width, length and height, it suits perfectly also Double Cab on pick-ups where plate form length is very reduced. Its compactness also means good back and side visibility for comfort operation and safety in use.
All operational Controls are from ergonomic control-box in cab.
Circuit rinsing tank system is integrated in the bottom front side of the unit, thus ensuring a wonderful lower centre of gravity for a comfortable-safe driving.
Citizen CITY-460-Plus ecology allows different spray and fogging interventions:
- with Liquid pesticide mixture (from main tank, 450 litres)
- with Non-Dilute Pesticides (injected in the spray circuit by Microdosing Pump)
- with Thermo-fogging emission (by additional Thermofogger unit as an accessory)

- by Flexigun : the omni-orientable Cannon that allows pointing and spraying over 240° vertically and 300° horizontally (for long range spraying)

- Horizontal continuous automatic brush spraying (for golf courts, meadows, etc.)
- Fert'Injector : for liquid ground injections (for trees roots feeding)
- Fert'Air2-Injector : for liquid ground injections (for trees roots oxygenation + feeding)
- Starjet-Penetrator hand-lance (to safely spray blossomed bushes from "inside")
- Pneumatic hand-lance (for high density soft spray )

THE THERMOFOGGER "SUPER-CLOUD" TIFONEThe Thermofogger "Super-CLOUD" is a Thermofog generator, that can be added as an accessory to all CITIZEN units and Citzen-City as well. The Thermofogger "Super-CLOUD" produces an ultra-fine Aerosol mist. The chemical is diluted in Glycole Ethylene, which is the base generating the Aerosol mist. The Thermofogger "Super-CLOUD" presents the following winning features:
- Total dispersion and penetration
- Emission of a very dense, ultra fine Aerosol dry mist
- Saturation capacity in closed areas, up to 1000 cubic meters/minute.!

Aerosol can be emitted in two ways :
1. Through animated flexible metal hose, manually handed (standard equipment), to discharge in closed areas as hot houses, warehouses, silos, sewerages, etc.
2. Through the Flexigun Cannon, remote oriented (optional equipment), to discharge in open areas as green area, boulevards, gardens and parks, etc.

The New high-density Thermofog-Aerosol generator.
The Thermofogger-B-9 Cart is a compact unit, easy to load-unload from pick-up, mounted on a 4 large wheels for fast move on ground and for easy intervention anywhere.
• Its long fog-emitting pipe allows the easy reaching of sewer drains in town and of any other inside.
Characteristics:
• 9 HP gasoline engine, aircooled, silenced, electric start.

The Thermofogger-B-9 Cart is specially useful for the

CANNON WITH "TOTAL ANTISHOCK"
It is known the risk of accidental shocks to the Spray Cannon during transfer and work, in case of low and narrow passages and unexpected obstacles. In order to totally protect the Cannon from heavy damages, with consequent expensive activity interruptions and heavy reparation costs, TIFONE have introduced the new exclusive system “Total Antishock”.
The annular slipping clutch system, integrated in the base of the Cannon-head, is absorbing any accidental shock the Cannon-head itself.
The clutch system also offer the exclusive advantage of the instant adjusting of the spray sector, also for angles differently not reachable.

The CITY-460-Plus ecology is equipped with a large level meter, for the instant easy checking of contents of the liquid in the spray tank.

On all its Municipality Spray Units Citizen and CITY-460-Plus ecology, TIFONE have introduced an exclusive system allowing to get the unit free in only 20 seconds and to unload it by a forklift or by a hoist in 10 seconds. In a total 30 seconds time the pick-up will be free and ready to be utilized for other works.
